The female attendant on Saturday 4th Nov 11am displays consistent rudeness toward customers. I've been served by her before but I sure do not have to tolerate her rudeness anymore. BWS have the monopoly in Mt Cotton but I refuse after repeated rudeness in just a simple transaction or questions to go back to this store. Sorry BWS some skills in customer relations are warranted in this store.
Snarky femal attendant. I just don't understand, if your in customer service why you choose to speak down to your customers for. If your on I won't be back!
