Craig and Louise are organised, provide all the information you need up front and are very professional. The painters were just the same and Alicia did a fantastic job leading the way, leaving our home as tidy as possible at the end of each day. We got the usual 3 quotes and Kraudelt painting were very competitive. Based on our experience, I'd recommend them without any doubt.
We recently (Nov 2014) had our house exterior painted with Kraudelt painting. We found them to be very professional and very accommodating with everything. They turned up when they said they would and work was commenced and finished when they said. We had to change start dates a couple of times and each time was no problem. He turned up when he said he would to inspect the property and then provided a very professionally presented quote within 24 hours. What I really liked is Louise followed up, not just expected us to chase them with our questions. That's why we chose them - because they showed that they were keen to do the work. They weren't the cheapest or the most expensive, but they were definitely one of the best trade contractors we've ever used. The service, the quality and the care was outstanding. No mess, no bad language, no drips. Perfect job. And they gave us a nice little bag of goodies at the end. Awesome!
