Great place for a walk. A few solid inclines to be wary of. Loose stones on the paths. The path is wider than a car all the way. Signs all the way so you dont get lost. I was walking as quick as I could on the 7.5km Venman track which took me 1 hour to walk.Paths can be moist in parts too.Watch for mozzies especially on the 2.5km Tingalpa Creek Track....There are toilets and bbq's with picnic tables and a place to kick a footy around near the car park.I saw a number of wallabies too
First time here we done the Tingalpa Creek trail. Great for beginners or those looking for a easy bush walk. Track is nice and clear and probably one of the best signed tracks I've been on.
One of my favourite places for a bushwalk to clear my head, easily accessible and the drive along West Mount Cotton road is pleasant and quite scenic at the elevated areas. If you take the longer route and cross over into the Daisy Hill section and walk down towards the old quarry you can enjoy a swim if you're game and the views from the top of the quarry are spectacular
People like to be there. This park has things that families and friends can enjoy but then it depends of your type of "how you want to spend your day". I enjoyed it
Saw so many wallabies while walking here! The main track is long and flat, making this a great place to have a gentle stroll in the bush, with room for a much longer hike. It has an accessible car park with barbecues nearby. Wallabies are easily found around this area so you don't have to go far to see them.
