A little pricey, bit great food in a lovely setting, can be quiet during the week. One point I might make is that there were a lot of Japanese when we were there say on there phones the whole meal, watching videos etc etc...spoilt it somewhat ( not become Japanese) being on there phones. I feel a restaurant of this standard could try and reduce this.

Attended a week or so ago and was quite excited to go as my wife and I had heard good things. It was a disappointing experience. The decor, ambience and feel of the restaurant was cold and un-inviting. I immediately felt uncomfortable. The temperature was freezing cold which they couldnt do anything about. The menu didnt have many food options, in particular breads and pre dinner nibbles. Many of the items sounded unappealing and I couldnt understand a lot of the menu as it used foreign language terms or all these rating scores for their beef that I had to get a lot of it explained to me. The waitress had a hard time explaining what most of the items were or the terms and so I was left a little confused as to what to order. The food that did come out was not bad but certainly not anything special for the price. You get better meals and experience for less or same price at the Courthouse or the Lighthouse. My lasting impression was just that the whole thing just doesnt gel. Its disjointed in its presentation and what its trying to be and I wont be going back.
Wonderful experience! My boyfriend took me here for my birthday dinner 24/9/18. The food was amazing,so much flavour and presented beautifully. We were looked after by Jess and Bella who treated us like royalty, even taking our photo for us. Can't wait to go back!
