Staff tried so hard but Woolworths are selling gift cards without a correct system behind them. Still trying to replace a faulty card they sold me and I've been waiting a half hour already with in no solution in sight. Don't buy their gift cards people.
I needed to find a product and asked a busy worker named Greg for help. He cheerfully stopped what he was doing and took me to the exact product, such a pleasant fellow. Please tell him how impressed I am.
Absolutely disgusting service. I had a wallet recently stolen from me. I called my bank and the police. Found out there was a transaction on one of my cards at one of the Capalaba stores. First store I called was pleasant and helpful. But no luck finding the transaction at that store. Then I called Capalaba Park Woolworths store. Received idiotic responses from the young girl on the other end of the phone. Like "I don't know, I only started my shift a few minutes ago". I'm trying to find out if they have video footage. Then she says "I can't give video footage to the public, call tomorrow" as if to say she just couldn't be bothered and I'm wasting her time. I was told to make the call by the police officer I reported the crime to. So it would get things happening a bit faster making things easier on their end. I wasn't requesting the footage for me. I wanted to request that the footage be given to the police. Absolutely disgusting service. Criminals are free to shop with stolen credit cards as if protected by this store.
