Easy to organise no hassles great staff and even a pick up and drop off service! Our dog seemed happy! Recommended!
Lost our booking and had to produce a confirmation email. The lady at reception couldn't fill out the paperwork correctly so we did it. Asked if we paid a deposit. We did. Asked what rate was quoted. $50 a day. Didn' ask for first names or the pet's name. The saving grace was the handler. Really friendly and nice. We left bemused.Came to pick the pet up:Us - "We're here to pick up ?*+."Lady - "Which one's that? Oh, it barked the whole time."Us - "Really? Doesn't do that at home."Lady - "If it does it here, it must do it at home. They (the owners) should have told me that other people were picking it up."Us - "We are the owners. We met you 4 days ago."Lady - "Oh, I'm really busy."She didn't take us to reception or offer any explanation as to why she was barking the whole time. Just mentioned that she had washed her this morning.The handler came out with a very excited pet. She said she was awesome, loves the hose and water. I asked if she was barking a lot. Straight up NO was her response. The reception lady then intervened saying "What are they saying? What are they saying?" Interesting defensive strategy.That had to be the most random customer service experience we have had. If the dog was barking it was probably barking because it didn't have a bed or any exercise for 4 days. $50 a day. She was rude, unprofessional and flippant. To top things off the dog had 5 toilet breaks within the first hour after picking her up. This would suggest a streesed dog or a dog that had no where to relieve itself.I can't and won't recommend this place to anyone.*Defensive, unprofessional response. You were rude and flippant. I have used Samantha & her team on and off over the last 7 years to look after both my cat & dog. Now that my dog is over 12 years old and has a range of health issues, Sam is always on hand to help reassure that he is well taken care of. He always comes home happy & freshly washed. Excellent Service.
My two beagles and I love Samantha. They didnt want to come home when I picked them up from a 2 week stay. A big, spacious, clean and cosy room for them and they came home clean and fluffy. Really happy and Karen runs a great puppy preschool!
Sam and her staff run the best pet resort in Australia. Our boy Flash is treated like a King, as are all other furry family members who stay at Jazari. Thanks Sam and staff. We will most certainly have Flash stay again. Ash and Sue
